White Cheese Wraps

White Cheese Wraps are perfect for wrapping and maturing softer style cheeses like goat’s cheeses, Camemberts, Valencay, and smear rinded cheese like Morbier.  The wrap is a double layered and microperforated wrapping paper. One side is designed to absorb any excess moisture; the other is polypropylene and has very tiny holes in it for porosity allowing the cheeses to breathe.
