Draining Tray Kit

Draining tray kit for draining curd filled baskets and for air drying cheeses whilst collecting expelled whey and allowing good air circulation.  It is simple but effective.  The narrow support tray sits inside the wider tray, and the drainage mat sits on top of them both.  It is very easy to clean plus curds and very young cheeses do not stick to the mat, meaning delicate developing rinds stay intact.  You will have to tip or wipe out collected whey from the trays periodically.

1 x Draining Mat 33.5 x 20 cm

1 x Large Draining Tray with high sides 35.5 x 20 x 5.5cm (for better whey collection)

1 x Narrow support tray (to hold your cheese mat at the correct height)
