Silver Foil Cheese Wraps

Silver Foil Cheese Wraps are designed for wrapping and maturing blue cheese. This technical wrap is made from 15-micron aluminium foil coated with cheese varnish, microperforated to allow the cheese to breathe as it matures, and lined with white paper to absorb excess moisture. The varnish protects the foil from acids produced by the cheese, while the paper liner helps manage moisture throughout ripening. Together, these layers create an ideal environment for developing and protecting blue cheese.
