Blue Cheese Cloth – 104 cm x 107 cm

We have two sizes of this cloth, and this is the bigger one measuring 107 cm x 104 cm. It particularly suits our large square mould and our 2.8kg mould but can be cut to any desired size. It is a food grade polyethylene perforated film designed specifically for the cheese making process and is used extensively by commercial cheese makers around the globe. It does not hold moisture and does not stick to cheese curds so is perfect for lining pressed cheese baskets. One layer of cloth is sufficient. It is also excellent for lining colanders to drain curds quickly. After use rinse away solids, wash gently by hand or machine, line dry, and sanitise with our no rinse sanitiser just before next use. Do not boil to sterilise. Very durable.

We have two sizes of this cloth, and this is the bigger one measuring 107 cm x 104 cm. A food grade polyethylene perforated film designed specifically for the cheese making process. It does not hold moisture and most importantly, and amazingly, does not stick to cheese or curds so no more sticky disasters when un-moulding hard cheeses. Excellent for draining curds for all styles of cheese. Sterilise before use (Do not boil). After use rinse in warm water then either hand wash or machine at 60 degrees Celsius or place in dishwasher and then hang out to dry. It can be reused over and over and over without losing its shape. (I have not worn mine out yet).

It represents excellent value for money. This large sheet fits can be cut to any size to suit. One layer in a mould is sufficient.
