Cheese Mould 800g

Cheese Mould 800g is a sturdy circular basket mould supplied with a pressing plate, also known as a follower. Its small drainage feet help whey drain away efficiently during pressing.  It is suitable for pressed cheeses weighing approximately 800g to 1kg, made from around 6 to 8 litres of milk, depending on the milk type and cheese style.  This excellent-quality mould and follower can be sterilised in boiling water without warping or cracking.
