Ricotta Basket

Ricotta basket for draining and shaping ricotta cheese. It is ideal for whey ricotta, which is traditionally drained in a basket, and works beautifully for moulding whole milk ricotta. The basket creates the classic patterned surface, giving your cheese an attractive, professional and traditional finish when turned out onto a cheese board for serving.

Dimensions:  Circular basket with a base diameter of 8.3 cm, top diameter of 12 cm and a depth of 6.5 cm with 3 mm feet to achieve good drainage.
