Measuring & Dilution Cup

Dilution measuring cups are sturdy, thick glass measuring cups with a 120 mL capacity, equal to 8 tablespoons. They are ideal for preparing small dilutions before adding them to milk, such as calcium chloride, lipase, rennet or citric acid. Each cup also includes dry ingredient measurements, making it easy to measure flavourings such as cumin seeds or chilli flakes for your cheeses. Robust enough to be sterilised in boiling water without losing the measurement marks.
