Waxed Cheese Wraps

Waxed Cheese Wraps are a good general purpose cheese wrap. This paper is coated with wax on both sides which helps with moisture retention in the cheese, and is microperforated too, allowing the cheese to breathe.  These two features allow cheese to continue to develop without drying out.
