We also include a small recipe booklet of our own tried-and-true no-cream ice cream recipes, free with your machine. These recipes are a great option if you prefer lower-fat ice cream, need an alternative to cream-based recipes or wish to use just goat or sheep milk. Flavours include Vanilla, Chocolate, Gooseberry, Mint Choc Chip with fresh mint leaves, Chocolate & Beetroot, Pea & Mint, and Frozen Berry Yoghurt made with frozen yoghurt. Our recipe book is also available to purchase separately if you already have an ice cream maker.
