Feta Mould

Feta Mould suitable for making a block of feta from 2 to 3 litres of milk.  Basket pattern transfers onto the curd, giving the finished cheese an authentic, traditional appearance.  This basket is very free draining to suit feta making.

Dimensions:  a square mold measuring 110mm x 110mm with a height of 88mm.
