Description: Flora danica is a mesophilic aromatic culture, type LD. This culture produces flavor and CO2. This culture is primarily used to make the following cheeses- Gouda, Edam, Leerdam, Camembert, Blue Cheese, etc
Packaging: 5mL flat bottom tube, 30 mL pottle, or full sachet.
Amount: 10u which is sufficient for around 100 L of milk subject to the recipe, 50u sufficient for around 500 L of milk and 500u sufficient for around 5,000 L of milk.
