Description
A very handy scoop sieve for lifting curds out of your cheese pan. It is especially handy when your pan contents are hot, like when making ricotta. It is much safer to scoop the curds up and out of the pan than tip the hot contents of the pan through a lined colander. The curd scoop is also great for lifting delicate curds that you have stirred minimally and gently, as you would when making feta and camembert cheeses. The curd scoop helps preserve their delicacy which in turn promotes a nice soft paste.
