Bucheron Type Mould

Bucheron style cheese mould for making round log shaped cheeses.  It could be used for bloomy rinded cheeses and fresh cheese logs too.  This is a tube mould with drainage holes that has no bottom.  You would stand it vertically on a cheese mat to fill and drain.  If you are concerned about stability, you can also stand it inside another cheese mould that has a base.
