Description
I have people contacting me weekly asking me how to make yoghurt, or to trouble shoot their yoghurt making efforts. So, this class is to meet this demand. As well as making a lovely thick Greek style yoghurt we will also make a coconut yoghurt which we will then transform into a berry yoghurt ice-cream, plus make a soy yoghurt that we will turn into a delicious soy desert akin to chocolate mousse.
I will show you how to make the lovely fresh cheeses shown in the class advertisement too. This was the first cheese I ever made, and they are so good I still make them many times every year. It is a crowd pleaser if you have to ‘take a plate’ to a gathering too!
The making of cream cheese from supermarket bought Jersey Cow milk will also be demonstrated. I have added this cheese to the class on special request. I have demonstrated it a few times over the last few weeks, but it is so good it is worth repeating. Once tasted you will never buy cream cheese from the supermarket again.
Everything will be available for tasting on the day. This is a great beginner’s class and a good class to amass some new healthy recipes.
The class will start at 12.30 pm and will finish around 4.30/5pm. Classes are held in our home kitchen at 3/1314 West Coast Road, West Melton.
There is a maximum of 7 people per class.
