We are super excited to have sourced this wonderfully versatile electric yoghurt maker. It has two interchangeable containers of capacity 1.8L and 1.6L and a draining basket insert too. It has set programs for ‘normal’ and Caspian Sea yoghurt, plus a pickling/ferment program for vegetables and Kimchi along with instructions for making Natto and Rice Wine. It has no restrictions as there is also a setting that allows you to select your own temperature and time allowing you to create your own recipes. The accompanying instruction book is very easy to read and useful. We will also include our own ‘tried and true’ recipe book with directions on how to use the machine to make yoghurt, Greek yoghurt, coconut yoghurt, Labneh, cream cheese and sour cream using ingredients we have readily available here in New Zealand. Our focus is on the dairy products that this machine can make as this is our area of expertise, but you can do so much more with it. Use our recipes and directions as a supplement to those that come with this uncomplicated, compact and easy to use machine.
