Natural Calf Rennet 280 IMCU/ml
Use 1.25 – 1.5 mls per 10 litres, but please note that different cheese types and different cheese making methodologies require different amounts of rennet. Always refer to your recipe for rennet dosage and make sure that strengths are comparable. Available in 3 sizes 50mL, 125 mL and 1 L. Select the size you require from the drop down box. The photo shows the container sizes. The dates visible are not necessarily the current best before dates. The best before dates of the product sold will be based on the latest stock from the supplier.
