Description
Natural Calf Rennet 280 IMCU/ml.
Use 1.25 – 1.5 mls per 10 litres, but please note that different cheese types and different cheese making methodologies require different amounts of rennet. Always refer to your recipe for rennet dosage and make sure that strengths are comparable.
Premix with 20 to 30 ml of unchlorinated water. If your water is chlorinated use bottled water.
