Thermophilic Lactic Acid Culture 10u tube or 50u pottle for mozarella and pizza type cheeses.  The 10u tube is sufficient dose for around 100 L of milk while the 50u pottle is sufficient for around 500 L of milk.

Description

Contains the following: Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus.

Usage: The culture is primarily applied in the production of Pasta Filata cheese types, e.g. Mozzarella and Pizza cheese types.

Freeze-Dried Lactic Culture for Direct Vat Set (DVS).

Packaging: Packaged with colour coded labelling for ease of use in your cheesemaking.
