Contains the following: Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus.

Usage: The culture is primarily applied in the production of Pasta Filata cheese types, e.g. Mozzarella and Pizza cheese types.

Freeze-Dried Lactic Culture for Direct Vat Set (DVS).
