Rennet Tablets

Mad Millie branded Vegetarian Rennet Tablets are made from the coagulant enzyme of Mucor miehei and offer rennet in a shelf stable form.  They must be crushed and dissolved in cool or cold water prior to use.      

Strength: 60 IMCU minimum.  One tablet is sufficient to coagulate 4 litres of milk.

Available in the following size: Sold in units of a blister pack of 10 tablets

Storage:  Described as pantry stable but best practice is to store in the fridge to prolong their shelf life.  Do not freeze as this will kill enzyme activity.
