No Rinse Sanitiser

No Rinse Sanitiser is the second step in a thorough cleaning routine. This is a sanitiser not a cleaner so first make sure that your items are free of debris, fats and proteins. You may need to clean with our Cold Water Cleaner first. Sterilisation is easy, submerge items with the sanitiser and leave submerged for 15 minutes or remove and let them stand for 15 minutes, which allows the sanitiser sufficient time to work. No need to rinse if you do not want to. I sterilise my blue cheese cloths in this solution but do give them a quick dip in my retained cheese whey before I line my pressing moulds. It warms them up a little which helps slow down skin formation of the cheese been pressed, helping with expulsion of whey.

Ingredients: oxygen activated mineral crystals (sodium percarbonate).

How to use: Mix one 25g sachet with 5 litres of cold to tepid water or use 5g of product per 1 litre of water. Submerge items in the solution and leave for 15 minutes or remove and leave to air dry for 15 minutes before using.

No Rinse Sanitiser makes the vital job of sterilising your equipment easy. It effectively sterilises your equipment with active oxygen and breaks down to leave only oxygen, water and minerals found naturally in water. For best results allow wet surfaces to stand for at least 10 minutes. Weigh out 5 gm per litre of water, and use it to wash all of your equipment.
