Amount:  500u – qty for approx 5000 litres of milk for hard cheese and 2500 litres of milk for soft cheese.

Description:  MESOPHILIC aromatic culture, type LD. This culture produces flavor and CO2. This culture is primarily used to make the above mentioned cheeses.

This culture contains:

Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris
Leuconostoc
Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis
Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar diacetylactis
