Must be kept in the Freezer.

Packaging:   5ml plastic flat bottomed tube with easy opening top.

Amount:  10u which is sufficient for around 100 L of milk subject to the recipe.

Description:  MESOPHILIC aromatic culture, type LD. This culture produces flavor and CO2. This culture is primarily used to make the above mentioned cheeses. 

This culture contains:

Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris
Leuconostoc
Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis
Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar diacetylactis
