Description
Yoghurt Culture – Thick set:
Thermophilic lactic acid culture. Contains the documented probiotic strains BB-12 ® and LA-5®. 10u tube can be used with approximately 100 litres of milk.
The culture will produce yogurt or fermented milk with high body, very mild flavour and very low post-acidification.
Contains the following:
Bifidobacterium species
Streptococcus thermophilus
Lactobacillus acidophilus
Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus
Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus
Packaging: Packaged with colour coded labelling for ease of identification.
